Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas
to migrant parents

Attorney Silva was determined to make her parents' hard work pay off. Being one of eight, first generation American she experienced childhood as a migrant student. Nonetheless, she went on to graduate in the top 10% of her high school class. She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Bachelor's degree and finally went on to study law at St. Mary's University where she graduated in 2011. Attorney Silva began to practice law in Houston, Texas in 2011 and in 2017 she decided to open up her own office. Since then she has helped clients in the Houston area and most recently opened up her second location in her native Rio Grande Valley in Harlingen,Texas. Family and helping others are her main priorities and what motivates her daily.
